“Growing up on the edge of the Brazilian Amazon, I saw the devastating effects of deforestation firsthand, which sparked my passion for addressing the climate crisis. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with leading companies like SAP, Delivery Hero, and innovative startups such as Finiata and Plan A, gaining valuable experience in B2B product management, AI, and sustainability. This led me to found Muvuca Solutions, which is focused on building AI-based, scalable solutions to help businesses and consumers reduce and improve their environmental and social impact.”

Why “Muvuca”?
From a sustainability perspective, Muvuca refers to a reforestation technique used primarily in Brazil that involves the planting of a diverse mix of native seeds across degraded or deforested land. The word “muvuca” itself, which means “crowd” or “mix” in Portuguese, reflects the method’s emphasis on biodiversity, as a “crowd” of different plant species is sown together.
By mimicking natural forest regeneration processes, this method helps create self-sustaining ecosystems that contribute to long-term environmental and social sustainability.
Muvuca Solutions expands these concepts to areas beyond land management and reforestation. We aim to “plant seeds” of sustainable innovation in everything we do. From building digital products to providing consultancy services we want to be a cost efficient and powerful tool to be a more resilient, greener tomorrow.
